4 Bedrooms, plus a Den, 3.5 Bath home (Sleeps 8-10). Across the street from Diamond Peak, one of Tahoe's loveliest ski and mountain bike resorts, this spacious,tastefully decorated home offers spectacular views of world famous Lake Tahoe from every window. Two nicely sized decks offer a lovely place to barbeque while enjoying western sunsets or breakfast while watching the sun rise over the eastern mountains.

Pearson Arrow Longboard

Pearson Arrow Longboard with the Brook Knoll Eagles "surf" logo. This is a one-of-a-kind custom shaped Brook Knoll and Save the Waves longboard from Pearson Arrow Surf and Sport. This 9.0 foot Formula One Teardrop longboard features Brook Knoll Eagles artwork. The board is 22.5 inches wide, with a tail of 14”, a thickness of 3” with FCS fins and Box.

Save The Waves Coalition is a global nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting and preserving the coastal environment. A Founding Member and President of Save the Waves Coalition is Greg Benoit, a Brook Knoll father of two!

Surf Lessons from Club Ed can include your choice of either a 2 hour group lesson, or a one hour private lesson (for those under 12), with Club Ed International Surf School, voted best of Santa Cruz by the readers of Good Times.

Seven Nights in Tahoe Donner

One week stay in a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath townhouse in Tahoe Donner. Townhouse sleeps 8 and backs up to a greenbelt. You will have access to two clubhouses with three pools, exercise room, golf course and private marina. Excellent family vacation! Kid's camps are offered during certain months.

Restrictions: Subject to availability between May 1st and November 30th 2012. There is a $250 refundable deposit collected at time of booking.

Beach BBQ and Slumber Party

Beach BBQ and Slumber Party” for 12 (8 overnight guests). Enjoy a day and night of Surf, Sand and Fun at this gorgeous 4 bedroom/3 bath Santa Cruz beachfront home.

Your day will begin with a beautiful champagne brunch overlooking the Monterey Bay. You can then spend the afternoon playing at the beach while the PTA team prepares a fabulous BBQ dinner by BBQ Chefs Jared Lewis and Ron from Scotts Valley Market. Following dinner, the PTA team will do the dishes and depart while you continue to enjoy the beauty of the evenings, crashing ocean waves and a good night’s sleep.

Party date is either April 28th, 2012 or May 5th, 2012 and the date must be confirmed by March 31st.

One Year of Car Maintenance

Each quarter your car will be treated to the following:
This detail begins with your thorough and comprehensive Complete Detail service. This treatment includes a hand wash and wax using the finest products available. The interior, exterior and engine compartment will be conditioned including shampooing of carpets, vacuuming, treatment of leather and vinyl, cleaning of all surfaces, vents and ducts and more. The exterior treatment includes not only the wash and wax, but cleaning of the wheel wells and barrel, wheel detailing and undercarriage treatment. Lastly, the engine compartment will be washed and conditioned to make sure the vehicle is as clean under the hood as it is outside. The oil change and safety inspection will be performed in our new state of the art service center. We will first thoroughly inspect your vehicle to insure that it is performing as it should. Then our factory trained technicians will replace the oil and filter.

Sailing with Mr. Rice

Come Sail Away... aboard the Carol Ann, a Catalina 22. Enjoy a 2 hour cruise where Mr. Rice will host you and three of your family/friends on a round trip from the Harbor. Maximum of 4 guests are welcome to steer, set sails and have a great time!
