A six-bottle wooden box (fire-branded with “RIDGE” on the cover) filled with a selection of rare back-vintage zinfandels out of the winemaker's private reserve. These are zinfandels with optimal bottle age for drinking enjoyment right now. Since it has been many years since their release, these wines are no longer in distribution, adding to their rarity Ridge’s zinfandels defy the assumption that zin can’t age. These beautiful wines have just reached their prime moment of life and are tasting glorious.

Escape to Malaysia.... Gather with friends or make new ones over a Malaysian Inspired afternoon/evening. Enjoy a beautiful Rio Del Mar beach front home with 10 individuals or 5 couples. This six hour event will be hosted by chef and culinary consultant Edlina Melehan and Brook Knoll's very own Mr. and Mrs. Torrez. Your late afternoon begins with a champagne toast and appetizers at 3pm. Complementing the picturesque views will be Music by Mr. T. Relax and let the night unfold with full access to the house, beach and breath taking surroundings. Stroll in for a Malaysian dinner complemented by the wine paring and company. The evening is topped off with a noteworthy surprise dessert and a spectacular sunset. You won't have to go far to enjoy this escape!

Sportfishing/Sightseeing in Alaska

Enjoy a 3 day / 4 night adventure for 2 people in Gustavus, Alaska. Captain Mike Halbert, owner of Glacier Bay Sportfishing, will take you out Sportfishing and/or Sightseeing on his 28 foot Almar fishing boat. You can fish for salmon, halibut and rockfish (season permitting). There will be whales and seals and bald eagles to see. You will stay in the charming Gustavus Inn, where all your meals will be made from scratch. Your catch will be cut into fillets, frozen and vacuum packed ready to ship home with you (check with your airline for shipping rates).Valid May 15-September 15, 2011 or 2012, based on availability.
